Return and Refund Policy

Returns for purchases delivered in Metro Manila will be picked up free of charge. Returns delivered outside Metro Manila will be reimbursed to the customer.

Items must be returned to us unused. Returns that are no longer saleable will be sent back to you.

If the returned item is damaged, you will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

If the returned item is not damaged, you will be give store credit with no time limit of when it can be consumed.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders with same day delivery (applicable on weekdays only) should be made on or before 2pm and will be dispatched on or before 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
